Is there a free trial?
Apple does not support time-limited trials for one-time purchases. You can explore every chart, every analytics screen, and every feature immediately after purchase. If it is not for you, Apple handles refunds directly from your purchase history. We do not ask why.
How do I get my trades into Imbalance?
In the current release, only manual entry of the trades is available. That works with any broker, because you enter the details yourself. CSV import is planned for a near-term update.
Why should I pay before I try it when competitors are free to download?
Competitors let you download free — then charge $20–$80 a month to keep your own data. After one year, that can mean $240–$960. You own your trades. There is no subscription wall after your trades are inside.
Will the price go up?
Yes — when major features ship. Today is always the lowest price. If you buy now, you pay the lowest price the app will ever be. Existing buyers keep their purchase and get all core updates.
Is my data really private?
Your trade data stays on your device by default. No Imbalance account. No Imbalance server for your core journal. We use Firebase Crashlytics for crash reports and basic screen/action analytics — never trade contents, symbols, P&L, strategy names, or user-entered financial values.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Apple processes refunds for App Store purchases directly. Find your purchase, request a refund. We do not make it hard and we do not ask why.
Does Imbalance execute trades or give financial advice?
No. Imbalance is a trading journal and calculator. It records and analyzes your past trades. It does not execute orders, provide signals, or give personalized financial advice.
