By downloading and using Imbalance App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the app. These Terms create a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and Impressive Apps S.R.L. ("we," "us," or "our").
We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, personal, and non-transferable license to use Imbalance App. This license is subject to the following restrictions:

You may not use the app for any commercial purposes without our explicit consent.
Imbalance App provides financial trade analysis, insights, and metrics based on data you manually input into the app. The app is designed for informational purposes only.
Offline Functionality: The app works offline, and all trade data is stored locally on your device.
No Login Required: There is no need to log in or create an account.
No Data Sharing: Your trade data is never shared with or uploaded to any online servers.
By using Imbalance App, you agree not to:
Use the app for any illegal or unethical purposes, including unlawful trading activities or market manipulation.
Interfere with the operation of the app, introduce malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app’s functionality.
Input false or misleading trade data.
All rights and interests in Imbalance App, including its design, functionality, and content, belong to the app’s developers. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app without express permission.
Although Imbalance App does not require internet access, anonymous usage and crash data may be collected through third-party analytics services (Google Firebase) if an internet connection is available. This data is used solely to improve the app’s performance and reliability. Imbalance App is not a financial advisor. The insights, charts, and metrics provided by the app are intended for informational purposes only. You acknowledge that:

That the app will always function without interruption or errors.
The accuracy, reliability, or availability of the app's analysis or insights.
We disclaim any liability for any financial decisions made based on the app's analytics or information.
You shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless us against claims, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, expenses and costs, including without limitation court costs and reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services (Application) and/or Documentation.
Imbalance App does not provide recommendations regarding the purchase or sale of securities, nor do we offer trading or investing advice.
You agree that Imbalance App is not responsible for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or any other damages arising from your use of the app. Users are solely responsible for their own financial decisions and the associated risks.
Imbalance App., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, economic loss, loss or damage to electronic media or data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
In no event will our liability exceed the amount paid by you for the app (if any).
All trade data and app-generated insights are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up and securing this data.
By using Imbalance App, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, you must stop using the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Imbalance App at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may also terminate your use of the app by uninstalling it from your device.
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website or within the app. Imbalance App encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates, and to ensure any changes are suitable for you. Your continued use of Imbalance App after changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. The parties to this Agreement undertake to use the best commercial efforts to amicably settle any disputes arising hereunder ("Dispute"). Should the parties to this Agreement fail to settle a Dispute amicably, the Dispute will be excluded from the jurisdiction of general courts. In the absence of an amicable solution, all such Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Republic of Moldova.
